A GC-MS method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 2-hydroxybiphenyl and 7 chlorophenols in leathers.The crushed leather sample was extracted with methanol in ultrasonic bath,then evaporated and concentrated,and then acetylated with acetic anhydride and extracted with n-hexane.After concentrated and set the volume,the target compounds were analyzed by GC-MS and quantified by the external method.The results indicated that the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.02-0.30 mg/L,with correlation coefficients of 0.998 9-0.999 9.The mean recoveries of 2-hydroxybiphenyl and 7 chlorophenols in the blank sample were in the range of 89%-106%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=7) of 1.8%-8.8%.The quantitation limit of the method was lower than 0.01 mg/L.The method was simple,efficient,accurate and sensitive,and could meet the needs of a variety of phenols substances detection in the import and export of leather and leather products. |
