| Tetrodotoxin（TTX）is a highly toxic low-molecular and non-protein neurotoxin,and its property is relatively stable.There is no specific antidote for it.The three main detection technologies for tetrodotoxin are bioassays,physicochemical detection methods and immunoassays,among which the immunoassay is more widely used because of its celerity,conciseness and delicacy.In this paper,advances in technology of sample pretreatment for tetrodotoxin,rapid immunoassay technology for tetrodotoxin and its related patents were reviewed.The new techniques for tetrodotoxin detection was prospected. |
