A new method was established for the simultaneous determination of fourteen benzophenone and benzotriazole UV absorbents in textiles by solid phase extraction(SPE) combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC).The samples were extracted with methanol-tetrahydrofuran by ultrasonic. After purified using ENVI Carb SPE column, the extract solutions were separated on a C18 chromatographic column using acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid as mobile system by gradient elution, and detected with diode array detector(DAD).The results indicated that 14 analytes presented favorable linearity(r>0.999) in the concentration range of 0.1-50 mg/L.The limits of detection of the method(LODs,S/N=3) were in the range of 1-5 mg/kg.Recoveries were calculated to be in the range of 81.5%-99.1% at three spiked concentration levels in negative samples, with relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6) of 2.8%-7.5%.The method is simple, rapid, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of fourteen UV absorbents in textiles with favorable recoveries and precision. |
