Abstract:
      To determine 18 hazardous elements including Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Sb,Sn,Cr,Ni,Ba,Mn,Tl,Ag,Be,Dy,Al,Se,Mo in 100 samples of Chinese medicinal material.The samples were prepared through microwave digestion and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The calibration curves of 18 hazardous elements were linear in the certain concentration ranges,with correlation coefficients(r) more than 0.999 5.Detection limits of the method were in the range of 0.000 22-0.023 0 mg/kg.The recoveries were in the range of 90.2%-108.7% with RSDs of 1.8%-4.9%.The method is highly sensitive,rapid and accurate,and could provide a reference for determination of hazardous elements in Chinese medicinal material.
