Abstract:
A UPLC-Quadrupole/Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometric(HRMS) method with stable isotope dilution technique was established for the determination of 16 mycotoxins in cereals. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(70∶29∶1,by volume). The mycotoxins were separated on a C18 column, and quantified in full scan mode. The method showed good linearities(r2>0.999) in a certain concentration range. The average recoveries and RSDs of mycotoxins in 4 kinds of cereals(wheat, maize, rice and barley) were in the range of 75.3%-123.5% and 0.41%-14.7%,respectively.The method was simple and accurate, and was suitable for the daily monitoring of mycotoxins.
